As well as being a fully qualified, REPS registered Personal Trainer, and a three-time finalist in the NZ Fitness Industry Awards, Corinne has also experienced two full-term pregnancies and appreciates the difficulties and intricacies of pre- and post-natal bodies and is 100% passionate about helping other Mums achieve their ultimate health and fitness dreams.


Fit Mums is Whangarei’s original and leading provider in ‘Mummy Fitness’.  Whether you’re a Mummy-to-be, a Mummy with a little poppet, or an already active Mummy wanting to give an almighty great BOOST to your current health and fitness results, Fit Mums is where it’s at!  Mums can get fit and have their bumps, babies, toddlers, or pre-schoolers right there with them. It’s a playgroup for the kids, and a friendly and fantastic exercise group for the Mummies.  And we have regular occasions of a  ‘Mums Night Out’ too – where we all get together (WITHOUT the kids) to mix and mingle, to let our hair down, and often to listen to a relevant guest speaker too!

Our ‘FIT MUMS’ Programmepersonal training with babies

Have you recently had a baby but are now ready to get back into a fitness lifestyle?  Then look no further – you’ve come to the right place!  Our Fit Mums programme is ideal for any mum, especially NEW mums.  This programme focusses on reigniting healthy routines, restoring full-body and pelvic floor strength, and enabling post-natal bodies to once again move safely in a fully functional manner.  Within a nurturing and friendly environment you’ll boost your overall strength and fitness, experienced renewed energy and vitality, and will be given the resources necessary to once again rebuild healthy habits back into your life.

Payment Information

We understand the intricacies of having a baby or children in your care, and that even with the best planning and intentions, things can very quickly take a very different tangent to that which was planned.  With that in mind, we run our Fit Mums sessions school term to school term, and your payment will cover you for ONE term.
The fee for Term 4 is $154 (one session per week over 11 weeks) or $244 (two sessions per week over 11 weeks).  However, if you sign up half way thru then we just deduct the relevant amount from this.
