These extend far beyond just physically conditioning your body, but will also help you to boost lymphatic stimulation, Vagus Nerve (parasympathetic/healing) tone, promote gut mobilisation and healing, elasticise your connective tissue, will promote wellbeing from the inside out – AND physically strengthen and empower you too!

You’ll still get a workout 😉 It’ll just be entirely different to anything you’ve probably participated in before 🤸‍♀️

This is the new era of working out – one which more comprehensively enhances wellbeing and immunity as well as strength and fitness 🤓😇

Because now, more than ever, our wellbeing matters greatly. And my passion and purpose calls me to helping those around me be more well, have a happier body, and live a more vital life!

WHEN: 6:15am. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. (May shift Wednesday to 9am).

WHERE: Online. Via zoom. And full recordings will be available if you can’t make it live.

WHAT: 45 minutes of a truly comprehensive wellbeing workout.

HOW: $120 for 6 weeks – this covers whether you do one session or three each week.
