Our team of Fitness Specialists is passionate, energetic, and very keen to meet you!  We wish to provide you with the best health and fitness package in Whangarei by listening to your own individual needs, and prescribing you a personalised health and fitness regime that fits with YOU and YOUR lifestyle.  We genuinely care, and we genuinely want to see you achieve your greatest and wildest dreams.

Corinne is a 37 year old Mum to two beautiful girls (6,9 ) and wife to a fantastic kiwi bloke.  She lives on 10 acres on the outskirts of Whangarei (in the Winterless North) with a bunch of outdoor creatures, and a green, undulating, adventure playground at her back door.

The outdoors, physical activity, adventure, huffy-puffy, sweat, sport, and fun have ALWAYS been her passions.  And so it is incredibly fitting that she stumbled across my career by default (after one day of studying to be an accountant she decided she needed to do something FAR MORE fun and closer to her heart).

She now change lives, daily.  She places passion and purpose back into people’s lives by encouraging them to set goals, by stimulating them with energy-boosting exercise, and by empowering them to create the best life they can for themselves by taking the reins back into their own hands.  Her greatest thrill – observing the deeply satisfying and life-changing improvements that a regular fitness and ‘be well’ routine can bring to a person’s life. Life really is what you make it.

Corinne has more than 12 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, has been in business for 9 years, is a three-time finalist in the New Zealand Fitness Industry awards (including PT of the Year, People’s Choice, and Community Excellence), and her range of services is now more far-reaching than just that of a personal trainer – she is now a Movement & Health Coach, is a mentor to Up n Coming PT’s, runs a movement motivation facebook group called ‘FIT M IN’ as a hobby, writes for various publications, provides wellbeing workshops to big and small groups, and just loves helping people to thrive in life, health and happiness.

Sam Bot – Movement Coach


Having experienced the absolute brilliance of a health and wellness journey myself,  I dream of being able to inspire others to create and implement changes in their life to promote healthier lifestyles for themselves and their families.  I want to dedicate myself to helping them experience the joy, wonder, and benefits that these healthy lifestyle choices deliver.

As a Mum myself, I know how hard it can be, and fully appreciate the challenges and intricacies of running a household, keeping the kids happy, working a full-time job – all whilst maintaining the stability of the family.  I want to be able to give back to Mums the same inspiration, knowledge, and empowerment that was given to me.  It’s a new way of life, but one that has become invaluable to me, and those close to me.

I have 3 amazing children –  8yrs, 4yrs, and 18months, and this always makes for crazy busy days – but my new healthy lifestyle has enabled me to feel energetic, positive, and on top of things (most of the time!  My Husband, children and I are fortunate enough to live at the beach, and we love getting out an about together and experiencing the wonderful health of nature and the outdoors.

I am outgoing, enthusiastic,  friendly,  and I genuinely care.  I cannot wait to expand my career in the future industry, but most of all, i cannot wait to meet YOU.

I am a busy mum to 3 little kids Riley 6, Paige 3 and Leo 9 Months. My husband and I also own a local butcher shop in Whangarei.

I have always had a passion with health and fitness but it wasn’t until I moved back up the Whangarei from Hamilton where I joined Corinne and her Fit Mums group that my passion was really and truly brought to light.  Safe to say after that I was HOOKED!!  I loved watching how so many Mums would put themselves first – even after a rough night with the kids – and get amongst the motivational and inspirational community of Mums all getting fit and strong together.  This is what inspired me to start my own training to become a qualified Personal Trainer… I wanted to help as many people as I could get that same feeling we were all getting from exercise, and from being strong, fit and well.

I have been on my own health and weightless journey so I know how hard it can be to take that first step into the the journey, let alone how tricky this can be to continue throughout our everyday lives and reality.   And that’s my greatest goal – to get as many people moving more as possible.   From a simple and quic walk around the block or good sweaty boxing session – it all counts 🙂


Tanja Pejnovic – Movement Coach

I have a love and passion for the outdoors, travel and throwing myself into all kinds of new adventures. My life living communally with other families, my two small children and husband have caused me to be more and more creative in my search to find new and inspiring ways to challenge myself physically. I always enjoyed hiking and yoga, and since joining Fitfix and becoming a movement coach my passion and knowledge for pursuing a life full of laughter, challenges and the freedom to enjoy a body that moves well and feels well is ever increasing. I am a fun, down to earth, practical person who is always up for a laugh or an adventure. I can’t wait to help you work towards your goals and becoming a happier, healthier and more vibrant version of yourself.  I look forward to meeting and getting to know all about what makes YOU awesome!


Sally Muegge – Administrative Extraordinaire

Sally is our go-to lady for all things administration.  She has an extraordinary background in administration andsally muegge accounts and is a highly valuable member of the Fit Fix team.  She’s the lady who makes sure that we’re not running around like headless chooks, and keeps us in line.  Don’t be late paying your accounts – or you’ll have Sally chasing you – and she’s pretty darn quick on her feet!
